Haute Wedding Consultation + Design
The consultation is for prospective clients who are actively considering hiring Haute Wedding Design to plan and manage their event. Haute prides itself on being able to capture the essence of your personal style through the creation of a customized wedding design concept.
Our designs are fresh, modern, original and begin with a comprehensive questionnaire process that helps focus the elements of style that appeal specifically to you; the traditions and elements that you can’t live without and the special touches that will make your wedding absolutely yours.
From the information gleaned from the initial consultation, the Haute team will conduct research, brainstorm design concepts, integrate the most up-to-date event resources and develop a customized design concept just for you.
We will schedule a follow up meeting within two weeks which will allow us to present an overall design concept, give you a preliminary budget, discuss approximate vendor fees based upon your requests and provide you with an outline of Haute Wedding Design planning fees. This will further provide you with a sense of Haute’s style and capability.
We have spent many years and significant resources developing preferred status with the area’s best vendors and top notch venues; developing an in-depth knowledge of inventory (far and wide) and creating planning tools to help us help you.
Up until the point our services have been retained, detailed information remains proprietary and will only be discussed in a broad sense.

Retention of Services
In order to retain Haute Wedding Design for your wedding, you will need to confirm the levels of service you require; pay a retainer for the full service amount and sign a contract with us.
Once all the formalities have been accomplished, we will share with you the full details of your customized design, suggested vendors and availability and comprehensive décor suggestions with options. When we know we have every last detail worked out to your satisfaction, we put them in place and share with you the expertise that sets us apart to create your perfect day.
Planning + Implementation
This is where you really receive the full benefit of our knowledge and expertise. We make this process appear effortless from beginning to end. We utilize our proprietary event planning tools to keep you updated and on-track with the entire process up to, including and beyond your wedding day.
Our professional team provides you with ongoing communication; you can rest assured that someone is available to speak with during office hours and you will be represented no matter what happens.
Our planning fees include our services for your rehearsal and most importantly, for your entire wedding day. We leave nothing to chance and assign the appropriate team members based upon the complexity of your event and your individual requirements.
Our set up and take down crew are event professionals (often certified through event planning programs) who are hired and trained specifically for this purpose. Haute Wedding Design does not rely upon your family or friends to assist us during this crucial phase.
Your every need is looked after and put in place, so you don’t have to worry about the results or a single detail if you don’t want to yet you will have at hand ongoing progress reports so that you can relax, knowing that everything is on track.
