Our professional team provides you with ongoing communication; you can rest assured that someone is available to speak with during office hours and you will be represented no matter what may happen. Our planning fees include our services for your rehearsal and most importantly, for your entire wedding day. We leave nothing to chance and assign the appropriate team members based upon the complexity of your event and your individual requirements. Your every need is looked after and put in place, so you don’t have to worry about the results or a single detail if you don’t want to yet you will have at hand ongoing progress reports so that you can relax, knowing that everything is on track.

Partial Coordination

If you want to take a more active role in your wedding and wish to coordinate all or some of the service providers recommended by Haute, we can provide you with lists of things that need to be done. This service is also for the bride and groom that have planned a portion of the wedding, but want someone to look over their shoulder and offer professional advice. We’ll flex your budget, help with vendor referrals and review contracts, last minute details, orchestrate the rehearsal and provide coordination of your wedding day.

Weekend + Additional Event Coordination

If you are planning countless activities for your family and guests let us relieve you of the details. This is a large and important part in the planning process. We take the standards in the industry and combine what is important to you, and custom design a budget and payment schedule that fits your needs. Haute Wedding Design has come up with a flexible payment option to help our clients realize their dream wedding. This service is much like a layaway plan; we leverage our relationships in the industry to allow you to secure your providers without paying for everything in advance.

Design + Decor Development

Haute Wedding Design prides itself on the ability to translate your unique + individual style into an original, fresh and modern depiction that captures the very essence of your personalities – ultimately we want your wedding to be distinctly yours. Our approach takes tried and true design theories and combines them with the practicalities of event implementation to provide you with an inspired design that actually works within the structure of your wedding day. Vendor Management

We ensure you have vendors that fit your budget, style and personality. We’ll help you find the right candidates, get bids, negotiate cost, and finalize contracts.

Hourly Consulting

Haute offers private consultations with Designer, Lisa Genest, to discuss budgets, etiquette, vendors, contracts, logistics, or other wedding planning topics of your choice. Hourly consultations are designed for focused assistance with your wedding plans and are task-oriented. We ask that you come prepared with questions and/or a specific goal to accomplish. On-site or phone consultations are available.
